Today was a sweet reminder of what makes Priddy ISD so special.......our incredible students!

A few of our amazing teachers took time to pass out Valentine treats to every Priddy Pirate. Why? Because our students are AWESOME… and because we appreciate them more than words can say.

At Priddy ISD, we believe in celebrating our kids, not just for their academic success, but for their character, their kindness, their effort, and the pride they show in being part of Pirate Nation.

Moments like these remind us that school is more than lessons and assignments. It’s about relationships, encouragement, and letting our students know they are valued every single day.

We are so proud of our Pirates and so thankful for teachers who lead with heart!

To help protect and maximize instructional time for our students, Priddy ISD will move to a reverse bell schedule for the remainder of the week. With several mornings impacted by STAAR Interim testing, this adjustment allows us to make the most of our instructional time each day.

We see this as a win-win for students, and we expect things to go smoothly. There may be a few students (and maybe even an adult or two 😊) who need a little help finding the correct class at first, and our staff will be there to assist.

Reverse schedules have been shown to offer positive academic and mental benefits for students, and we may consider using this schedule again during a future week.

Our Lady Pirates basketball team is headed to the playoffs! Join us on Monday February 16 at 6:00pm as we take on Cranfills Gap. The Bi-District matchup will be held in Hamilton's Gynasium. Let’s pack the stands, show our school pride, and cheer the Lady Pirates on to victory!

6th-8th graders will be competing in the Junior Regional Science Fair in Austin, TX on February 19th. We are departing during 1st period to travel to the event. Permission slips will be sent home 2/11.

The final results from the San Angelo Stock Show Ag Mech Show are in! We Are so proud of how these kids have done so far this season, can't wait for the rest of the show season! Sadie Buffe 2nd place in her class with her flat bed. Wyatt Frazier, Shane Ahearn, and Mathew Schwartz 4th place in their class with their hay trailer.

Prom 2026 is almost here!

💕Love is in the air!💕 The Senior class will be taking orders for Valentine's Day Grams starting Friday February 6th. Bring your money, and Mrs. Slover or a Senior Student will take orders and help you fill out your valentine gram for that special friend or teacher. Orders close on Wednesday February 11th and be delivered during the school day on Friday February 13th. Flyers to come home as well on Thursday Feb. 5th.

Due to several officers having a conflict for tonight, we have moved the Booster Club 🦜 meeting to Monday, February 9th, 7 PM at PAC room.
