Priddy ISD Athletic Director Job Posting

Description: 

  • Priddy ISD, a 1A rural school in Mills County, is looking for a head football coach/athletic director.

  • This position also carries teaching duties, with assigned subjects/grade levels open to discussion.

  • Sports offered: High school and middle school 6-man football, basketball, cross country, track, tennis, and golf.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with valid TEA teacher certification.

  • Experienced coach and teacher. 6-man experience preferred.

  • Should have demonstrated progressive improvement with teams coached.

  • Should have demonstrated success as a classroom teacher.

  • Will be expected to maintain a CDL bus driver license with a clean driving record.

Salary Range:

  • District pay scale based on experience plus AD and coaching stipends, CDL stipend, 226-day position.

Teacher (Pool)
The district accepts applications from teachers on a rolling basis.

Education/Certification:

  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited university

  • Valid Texas teaching certificate with required endorsements or required training for subject and level assigned

  • Demonstrated competency in the core academic subject area assignment
