Thanks to Debra Neimann, a dedicated community volunteer, Priddy ISD students continue to look forward to checking out books from our mobile book cart that holds a variety of high-quality children's literature on loan from the Jenie Trent Dew Library in Goldthwaite.
Mrs. Neimann helps the students select interesting, age-appropriates books. Students read their library books and then eagerly await Mrs. Neimann's next visit, which is typically about two weeks later. Mrs. Niemann refreshes the mobile book cart to make sure that students have plenty of good reading material from which to choose.
Parents are encouraged to take their children to visit the library in person, too. Each Priddy student is eligible for a free library card and can check out books and other library materials to enjoy at home.
